sec.41 Unauthorised dealing with register
Unless otherwise authorised by this Act, a person must not— make an entry in the register; or alter an entry in the register; or remove a name or other particulars from the register; or restore a name or other particulars to the register. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. s 41 amd 1992 No. 64 s 3 sch 1
- (a) make an entry in the register; or
- (b) alter an entry in the register; or
- (c) remove a name or other particulars from the register; or
- (d) restore a name or other particulars to the register.
