sec.33 Notice of board’s decision
The secretary must give written notice to the applicant of the board’s decision on an application for registration. If the application is refused, the notice must be an information notice. s 33 amd 2009 No. 24 s 941 (sec.33-ssec.1) The secretary must give written notice to the applicant of the board’s decision on an application for registration.
