sec.32 Entries in register
Registration is effected by entering in the register— the name of the person; and the person’s place of business or, if there is no such place, the person’s place of residence; and the person’s qualifications; and any other particulars that are prescribed or that the board considers necessary.
- (a) the name of the person; and
