sec.25 Funds
All amounts received by or on behalf of the board must be paid into and form part of the funds of the board. Expenses of and incidental to the administration of this Act must be paid from the funds of the board. Funds that are not immediately required for the administration of this Act may be applied to such objects and purposes as appear to the board calculated to advance the principles, standards or practice of land valuation. (sec.25-ssec.1) All amounts received by or on behalf of the board must be paid into and form part of the funds of the board.
