sec.21 Quorum
A quorum at a meeting or special meeting of the board is 3 members. If a quorum is not present within 15 minutes after the time when the meeting is to be held, the meeting is taken to be adjourned to a time and day, not later than 7 days after the adjournment, determined by the secretary. If a meeting is adjourned because a quorum is not present, the secretary is to enter in the minute book the names of the members present. s 21 amd 2001 No. 62 s 8 (sec.21-ssec.1) A quorum at a meeting or special meeting of the board is 3 members.
