sec.17 Officers of the board employed under this Act
The board may employ a secretary and other officers necessary for this Act. The secretary and other officers are to be employed under this Act, and not under the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 17 sub 1996 No. 37 s 147 sch 2 amd 2009 No. 25 s 83 sch ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.17-ssec.1) The board may employ a secretary and other officers necessary for this Act. (sec.17-ssec.2) The secretary and other officers are to be employed under this Act, and not under the Public Sector Act 2022 .
