sec.13 Casual appointment
If a vacancy happens in the office of an appointed member or assistant member, the Governor in Council may, under section 6 or 7 , appoint a qualified person to the office for the balance of the predecessor’s term of appointment. If otherwise qualified, a person appointed under subsection (1) is eligible for reappointment.
