sec.10 Eligibility for appointment
A person is not eligible to become an appointed member or assistant member if— the person is bankrupt or is otherwise taking advantage of the laws in force relating to bankruptcy; or the person has been convicted of an indictable offence (whether in Queensland or elsewhere).
- (a) the person is bankrupt or is otherwise taking advantage of the laws in force relating to bankruptcy; or
- (b) the person has been convicted of an indictable offence (whether in Queensland or elsewhere).
