Tasmania regulation
What it does: Sets procedural rules for the Committee established under the Valuation of Land Act 2001 — who can convene meetings, quorum and voting, chairing, minutes, conflict-of-interest disclosure and remote participation. It affects Committee members and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania. It matters because it fixes who decides, the duties members must follow, and the reporting and exclusion rules that shape internal decision-making and compliance.
