Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

These Regulations set a fixed fee of 50 cents for a certified copy of an entry in the valuation roll (for the purposes of s 40 of the Valuation of Land Act 1963). People who request a certified copy pay the 50-cent fee; the valuation authority that operates under s 40 handles the request. The instrument also repeals two earlier sets of regulations and has been amended to remove other provisions, leaving a very limited regulatory function.
