6 Service of notices

(1) For the Act, section 81(1)(d), a notice that is authorised or required by the Act to be given to a person may be given by—

(a) delivering the notice personally, or

(b) sending the notice by post, or

(c) electronic communication, including using the Valuer-General’s online lodgement platform.

(2) A notice of valuation referred to in the Act, section 29(1) or (4) must not be given to a person by electronic communication except with the person’s consent.
