35 Saving of 2018 valuations—State Taxation Acts Further Amendment Act 2017 Despite the amendments made to this Act by Part 9 of the **State Taxation Acts Further Amendment Act 2017**, a council or collection agency may make a valuation for the 2018 calendar year under this Act as if this Act had not been so amended. S. 36 repealed by No. 52/1998 s. 309, new s. 36 inserted by No. 67/2017 s. 74.
