21A Commissioner to be notified of certain objections S. 21A(1) amended by No. 52/2021 s. 101. (1) This section applies to an objection made by a person referred to in section 16(6A) or (6AB). S. 21A(2) amended by No. 50/2024 s. 87. (2) At the same time as, or as soon as practicable after, the valuer or the valuer-general (as the case requires) gives notice to the objector under section 21 of a decision or recommendation on the objection, the valuer or the valuer-general must notify the Commissioner.
