> > (1) The Valuer-General may—

> > > (a) use applicable information for a purpose connected with the Valuer-General’s functions, or

> > > (b) sell applicable information to a person, or
> > >
> > > Example—

> > > The Valuer-General may sell relevant information to a property information on-seller.
