#### 70I Special arrangements 70I Special arrangements > > (1) The Valuer-General may enter into special arrangements with the Corporation regarding the supply of valuations to the Corporation. > > > (2) The special arrangements may make provision for or with respect to the following— > > > > > (a) the times when any such valuations are to be provided (whether on request or otherwise), > > > > > (b) the fees to be paid for any such valuations, > > > > > (c) any other matters relevant to the making, supply and use of any such valuations. > > > (3) The Valuer-General may terminate any such arrangements— > > > > > (a) in accordance with any procedures contained in the arrangements, or > > > > > (b) with the approval of the Minister and on giving the Corporation at least 6 months’ notice of the termination. > > **ss 70I–70K:** Ins 1994 No 88, Sch 7.
