#### 13C Contested contracts 13C Contested contracts > > (1) The Minister may, by order in writing, direct the Valuer-General to invite tenders for contested valuation service contracts for the provision of valuation services— > > > > > (a) in specified parts of the State, or > > > > > (b) for specified purposes, or > > > > > (c) for specified purposes in specified parts of the State. > > > (2) The Valuer-General is required to comply with a direction under subsection (1).
