99 Rectification work allowed under stop notice A stop notice does not require a person to stop utility infrastructure work if— (a) the only purpose of the work is to fix or reverse the utility infrastructure work for which the notice was given; and (b) a technical inspector or the technical regulator gives written approval for the work.
