66 Requirement to update required information and further information (1) This section applies if there is a change to— (a) the required information given under section 60 (Notice to give required information); or (b) the further information given under section 62 (Technical regulator may require further information). (2) The owner of the registrable dam must tell the technical regulator about the change as soon as practicable, but not later than 30 days after the day the change occurs. (3) If the owner of a registrable dam tells the technical regulator about a change under subsection (2), the change must be entered in the dams register.
