64 Requirement to report change in ownership (1) This section applies if there is a change in the ownership of a registrable dam. (2) The owner of the registrable dam must tell the technical regulator about the change in ownership as soon as practicable, but not later than 14 days after the day the change of ownership occurs. (3) If the owner of a registrable dam tells the technical regulator about a change under subsection (2) the change must be entered in the dams register.
