37 Offence—unauthorised network connections (1) A person commits an offence if the person— (a) connects premises to a regulated utility network; and (b) is not— (i) the responsible utility for the network; or (ii) an agent of the responsible utility; or (iii) authorised by the responsible utility. responsible utility includes a NERL retailer.
