90 Determination of terms (1) ICRC may determine the terms of a standard customer contract if— (a) a utility fails to submit a draft standard customer contract in accordance with a direction under section 88; or (b) a utility fails to submit a further draft standard customer contract in accordance with a requirement under section 89; or (c) ICRC is satisfied that a further draft standard customer contract submitted in accordance with a requirement under section 89 (4) (b) is not appropriate. (2) The determined terms must comply with the requirements of section 89 (2).
