75F Greenpower obligations—information on bills (1) If a customer purchases a greenpower product from a NERL retailer, the retailer must include greenpower information on each bill issued by the retailer to the customer. (2) However, subsection (1) does not apply if the information is not reasonably available to the retailer. customer—see the National Energy Retail Law (ACT), section 5 (Meaning of customer and associated terms). greenpower information, in relation to a customer, means information about the amount of electricity (stated as a percentage or otherwise) used or purchased by the customer that relates to the customer’s greenpower product. greenpower product—see section 75E (4).
