54K Registration of energy utilities (1) The commissioner for revenue must register an energy utility if the (a) provides an energy utility service in the ACT; and (b) has applied to the commissioner for registration as an energy (2) The commissioner for revenue must tell the administrator about the registration of an energy utility under subsection (1).
