47 Contravention of licence condition (1) A utility must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene a condition of its licence. (2) A utility that, without reasonable excuse, contravenes a condition of its licence commits a separate offence for each day (after the first day) during any part of which the contravention continues without reasonable excuse.
