260A Reminder notices and disconnection warning notices— ACAT direction (1) The ACAT may give a written direction to a NERL retailer or NERL distributor to include stated particulars in the retailer’s reminder notice or disconnection warning notice or the distributor’s disconnection warning notice. disconnection warning notice—see the national energy retail rules, rule 110 (1) (Nature of disconnection warning notices).
