251 References in pt 15 to proceeding under this Act A reference in this part to a proceeding under this Act includes a reference to— (a) an action under this Act; and (b) proceeding for an offence against this Act. Note A reference to an offence against a territory law includes a reference to a related ancillary offence, eg attempt (see Legislation Act, s 189).
