250 Territory network protection action affecting heritage significance (1) If a notice under section 249 is about action that may affect a place or object registered, or nominated for provisional registration, under the Heritage Act 2004, the Territory must also give a copy of the notice to the heritage council as soon as practicable. (2) If the Territory acts in urgent circumstances as mentioned in section 249 (8), it must give the heritage council written notice of the action as soon as practicable.
