142 Immunity from personal liability (1) No personal liability attaches to a person who is, or has been, a controller for any act or omission in good faith in the exercise, or purported exercise, of a function under this Act. (2) Subsection (1) does not affect any liability that the Territory would have, but for the operation of subsection (1), in relation to the act or omission.
