103 Definitions for pt 7 installation, of a network facility, includes— (a) the construction or extension of the facility on, over or under any land or water; and (b) the attachment of the facility to any building or other structure; and (c) any activity that is ancillary or incidental to an activity mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b). network operations means work carried out by a utility, or an authorised person for a utility, under this part in the exercise of its functions under this Act.
