26 Approval application—time for referral entity to give If an application under section 21 is given to an entity under section 25, the entity must give the decision-maker the entity’s advice on the application not later than— (a) 15 working days after the day the decision-maker gives the application to the entity; or (b) if a regulation prescribes a shorter period—the end of the shorter period.
