6 Act to prevail over other Acts and laws
(1) This Act has effect notwithstanding any other Act or law to the contrary.
(2) Nothing in this Act affects the operation of—
(a) the Protection from Harmful Radiation Act 1990, or
(b) the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
