#### 54 Order for payment of certain expenses 54 Order for payment of certain expenses > > (1) If a person is convicted of an offence under section 15 in relation to a prohibited gaming device, or of any other offence under this Act involving the use or operation of a prohibited gaming device, the court may order the person to pay to the Commissioner of Police an amount specified in the order for reasonable expenses incurred by the NSW Police Force in taking possession of, transporting and storing the device. > > > (2) The Commissioner of Police may recover from a person as a debt in a court of competent jurisdiction any amount that the person is ordered to pay under this section. > > **s 54:** Am 2011 No 62, Sch 3.39.
