#### 45 Recovery of certain money involving minors 45 Recovery of certain money involving minors > If— > > > (a) any money is stolen or misappropriated by a minor, and > > > (b) money is subsequently spent by the minor for the purposes of gambling, > > the person from whom the money was stolen or misappropriated may, in any court of competent jurisdiction, recover the amount of the money so spent from the person to whom it was paid.
