sec.50 Application of Land Act 1994
State land is held and may be disposed of under the Land Act 1994 . However, the university may grant an interest in State land only by way of lease. Also, the lease must not be for more than 25 years. (sec.50-ssec.1) State land is held and may be disposed of under the Land Act 1994 .
