sch.1-sec.2 Limitation of authorised person’s powers
The powers of an authorised person may be limited— under a condition of appointment; or by notice of the vice-chancellor given to the authorised person. Notice under subsection (1) (b) may be given orally, but must be confirmed in writing as soon as possible. sch 1 s 2 amd 2005 No. 18 s 165 sch (sch.1-sec.2-ssec.1) The powers of an authorised person may be limited— under a condition of appointment; or by notice of the vice-chancellor given to the authorised person. (sch.1-sec.2-ssec.2) Notice under subsection (1) (b) may be given orally, but must be confirmed in writing as soon as possible.
