25 Savings and transitional regulations
(1) [Section 25 Subsection (1) amended by No. 31 of 2001, s. 16, Applied:30 May 2001] The Governor may, on the recommendation of the Council, make regulations containing provisions of a savings or transitional nature consequent upon the enactment of this Act or the University of Tasmania Amendment Act 2001 .
(2) A provision referred to in subsection (1) may, if the regulations so provide, take effect from the commencement day or a later day.
