17 Visitor

(1)  In this section, Governor means the Governor of the State and not the Governor acting with the advice of the Executive Council.

(3)  [Section 17 Subsection (3) substituted by No. 31 of 2001, s. 11, Applied:30 May 2001] The Visitor has no functions or jurisdiction with respect to the resolution of disputes or any other matter concerning the affairs of the University other than a matter involving the exercise of ceremonial functions only.
