4 Chancellor and Deputy Chancellor
(1) The Chancellor and Deputy Chancellor, by virtue of their offices, are members of every committee established by the Council.
(2) The Chancellor may preside at any meeting of any such committee and has all the rights and powers of the presiding member of any such committee.
(3) A retiring Chancellor or Deputy Chancellor is eligible for re-election.
(4) This clause has effect despite any other clause of this By-law.
