#### 48 Financial accommodation and risk management 48 Financial accommodation and risk management > An amendment made to this Act by the [Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2017](/view/html/repealed/current/act-2017-022) does not affect the validity of any financial accommodation made by or on behalf of the University, any transaction or arrangement entered into or participated in to manage a financial risk, or any disposal or other dealing with property of the University, before the commencement of the amendment.
