All that piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Sydney, parish of Petersham, county of Cumberland, State of New South Wales, being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, volume 2,230, folio 207, and forming part of the land described in Schedule One, and being the existing Main Drive from City-road, formerly known as Newtown-road, to the University.
