The hereinbefore Act intituled “An Act to enable the Trustees of certain lands being the site for a Unitarian Church or School at Church Hill, Sydney, to dispose of and convey the same and to apply the proceeds of the sale in manner therein mentioned and for other purposes”, is hereby repealed.
