6 Plural references to members, proprietors or committee-men where only one exists In this Act, a reference to: (a) members, in relation to a corporation with only one member; (b) proprietors, in relation to units in a case where the relevant corporation has only one member; or (c) committee-men, in relation to a committee with only one committee-man, shall be read as a reference to the person who is that member or committee-man.
