58Management modules

58 Management modules (1) The regulations may: (a) prescribe management modules for corporations; and (b) provide for the application to a corporation of a management module; and (c) make other provisions (such as transitional provisions) for the application. (2) A management module must specify: (a) how a corporation may make a decision (including, for example, requirements about meetings and voting of the committee of the corporation); and (b) the records that must be kept by the corporation; and (c) any other requirements about the management of the (3) Without limiting subsection (1)(c), the regulations may provide: (a) for a specified period after the commencement of this section – the application to a corporation of this Part as in force before the commencement; and
