116 Limit on application of section 10 (1) This section applies in relation to section 10 on and after the commencement of Part 7 of the Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2010. (2) An application cannot be made under section 10 unless it is made in respect of: (a) a building lot; or (b) a parcel of land or leasehold land for which, before the commencement, a development permit or exceptional development permit has been issued under the Planning Act 1999 indicating the matters mentioned in section 16(d).
