111 Body corporate incorporated under section 27 or 28 (1) This section applies in relation to the following amendments made by the Justice Legislation Amendment Act (No. 2) 2006: (a) the amendment to insert in section 4(1) of this Act the definitions of building management corporation and estate management corporation; (b) the amendments to sections 27 and 28 of this Act. (2) The amendments have effect in relation to a body corporate constituted under section 27 or 28 before, on or after the commencement of those amendments.
