7 Chairperson and secretary (1) At the first committee meeting after the annual general meeting, the committee must elect: (a) the chairperson of the committee; and (b) the secretary of the committee. (2) The chairperson and secretary of the committee are also the chairperson and secretary of the body corporate. (3) The chairperson and secretary hold office for the term and on the conditions decided by the body corporate.
