58 Access to records (1) An application to access a record kept by the committee or specified information contained in the record must: (a) be in the form approved by the committee; and (b) contain adequate details for the committee to identify the record or information; and (c) be accompanied by: (i) a fee of $30; or (ii) an application, in the form approved by the committee, to waive the fee. (2) The body corporate may waive the fee on receipt of an application to do so.
