42 Levy for recurring expenditure (1) The body corporate may, by a unanimous resolution, decide to charge unit owners a levy to fund a recurring class of expenditure. (2) The following matters must also be decided by a unanimous resolution: (a) the amount of the levy, or the method for calculating the amount; (b) how the levy must be paid; (c) each unit owner's share of the levy, or the method for calculating each owner's share.
