41 Levy for single item of expenditure (1) The body corporate may, by a special resolution, decide to charge unit owners a levy to fund a single item of expenditure. (2) The following matters must also be decided by a special resolution: (a) the amount of the levy; (b) how the levy must be paid. (3) The ratio representing a unit owner's share of the levy is the same as the ratio (mentioned in section 39(3) of the Act) representing the unit owner's share of annual contributions.
