39 Amount of annual contributions The body corporate may, from time to time, decide: (a) the amount of annual contributions payable by the unit owners to the body corporate; and (b) how the contributions must be paid. Note for clause 39 Under section 39(3) of the Act, the contribution entitlement of a unit divided by the total contribution entitlements of all the units is the ratio representing the unit owner's share of annual contributions.
